Dedication to client service is what drives Jon Sellers. In every position, over a more than 20-year career, he understood the value of keeping his promises, and that doing what you say means something in business. This commitment is rare these days, but to Jon Sellers, it is his most important asset. After beginning a career as a senior valuation analyst for Invesco Funds, in 2006, he transitioned into commercial real estate where he led both The National Realty Group (TNRG) and MHW Real Estate in developing multiple asset classes including Industrial, Retail, and Residential developments for a combined 14 years with over $450 million in development sales and brokerage across the Houston and Conroe areas.
 
Currently, as the president and founder of Cobalt Commercial Real Estate, Jon acts as the broker of record and develops larger-scale sale, lease, and build-to-suit projects. He has been a part of over one million square feet of development projects while owning and managing buildings throughout the Houston area. Jon’s passion is to help businesses with their commercial real estate decisions and develop financial business analysis of how these real estate decisions impact business and investment. His commitment to his client relationships is paramount and will not be sacrificed for anything. Jon is a Certified Public Accountant and a Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants member. Jon is a graduate of Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has a double major in Accounting and Real Estate Finance.

Boomer is a founding partner of RevKo, where he leads the company’s brokerage division and oversees its industrial development projects across Texas. With a strong foundation in real estate, Boomer began his career at CBRE, where he spent six years cultivating expertise across all facets of industrial transactions. He gained early recognition for his exceptional client service and was named the 2022 NAIOP Rising Star of Houston Industrial Real Estate.

Since 2021, Boomer has successfully executed over $110 million in transactions, working with both local and national clients. His diverse experience allows him to strategically address the unique needs of each client, tailoring solutions to suit their specific organizational structures and goals. Whether working with landlords, tenants, buyers, or sellers, Boomer’s approach combines in-depth market knowledge with a commitment to delivering optimal outcomes.

Boomer is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance. Outside of work, Boomer enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney, and their two young children, Cal and Drew. He is an avid hunter, runner, and golf enthusiast, and in his leisure time, he enjoys visiting family in College Station and exploring new golf courses.
